The United States
Tennis Association's National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, New
York is the home of the U.S. Open. The USTA selected Global to
design the first six tennis courts to be constructed at the new tennis
center. These courts were also designed to support an air structure with
all mechanical requirements included in the design. Global was again
selected to perform the construction management for the fifty-two tennis
courts prepared for the new tennis center completed for the 1997 U.S.
Open. |
