ATP Tour World
Headquarters, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The ATP Tour constructed a
new tennis facility in 1985. In 1991 it was determined that problems had
developed with the hard courts and there was a need for red clay courts
for players to train on. The clubhouse/stadium court had severe drainage
problems and required reconstruction. Global was engaged to analyze the
problems, to redesign the courts, and to convert two courts to red clay.
The stadium court was redesigned and completely reconstructed. Steven
Westervelt was engaged to perform the court construction operations. |
