Access to
the GS&TDG file server is restricted by secure login accounts. These
logins work best under the Windows XP operating system; however, can be
used by Windows 2000 clients. The process is simple although you may be
unfamiliar with the usage of the File Transfer Protocol (ftp).
Make sure
that your Internet Options under the Windows Control Panel have enabled
the following:
Advanced
Options:
1.
Enable folder view for FTP sites
2.
Use passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)
Security
Options:
1.
File Download is "Enabled"
2.
Userdata persistence is "Enabled"
Sign
On...
Using
the Username and Password provided to you separately, click on the
appropriate login account type:
