Project Programming...
The facility
design process begins with a statement of the project goals, the
activities to be accommodated, and any special requirements that
may influence the design. The Program usually includes
inspirational and pragmatic components. The inspirational part
tries to capture the Clients dreams, hopes and desires; the
pragmatic part quantifies those desires and is identified as the
Program Statement.
