Preliminary Design occurs
after review and approval of the concepts and after funding is in place.
The Team works to refine functional, aesthetic and economic requirements
of the first phase of the project. Detailed design begins for this
designated initial phase. In addition to enlarged plans, site sections
and elevations are prepared. |
