Construction Contract Administration...
While the
contractor(s) assumes responsibility for the construction work,
GS&TDG remains involved to:
•
Observe
the sports and tennis-related work for conformance to
drawings and specifications,
•
Process
the contractor’s shop drawings, samples and submittals,
•
Review
the results of construction tests and inspections,
•
Evaluate
contractor’s requests for payment,
•
Handle
change orders,
•
Resolve
conflicts, and
•
Administer the closeout of construction. |
