2000 Global Arena Manukata/Fukuoka Pref,
Japan. The Global Arena was designed by Global Sports & Tennis
Design—Japan and constructed by Superstone International. The long time
relationship between Global Sports & Tennis Design—Japan and the Global
Sports & Tennis Design Group has enabled design technology to span the
globe and provide award winning designs for the enjoyment of the tennis
players throughout Japan. With land at a premium in Japan it was
necessary to perform extensive earthwork to create adequate space for
the Global Arena. By drawing attention to the physical characteristics
on this project site, and by arranging the required functions in an
attractive manner, this facility takes on an award winning character of
its own. |
